At Ruffwear, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer to ensure the gear stays protected.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
